We guarantee your satisfaction on all access control items purchased from us within 7-days of receipt. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply contact us via email at service@remotes4less.com to request a RMA number and include your invoice number and reason for return. Once you have the RMA number you can then return the merchandise to us for an exchange, or full refund of your purchase price less shipping and handling. Please visit our TERMS page for complete instructions on how to request a RMA number if you wish to return merchandise.

Shipping:
We ship orders (within the USA) every business day except Sunday and holidays. Once payment is received and cleared, items usually ship within one business day. Should you experience any problems in receiving your order please feel free to contact us.

International customers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges specific to your country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are fees imposed by your country of origin and not by the seller. These charges if any are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local Customs office to inquire what these additional charges, if any, will be.
